I saw him across the auditorium and thought he was out of my league. We hung out at the start of school but I didn’t think I wanted a relationship. He was with another girl when I realized he was everything I could ever dream of. I asked for a second chance with him and he gave it to me. I spent the night with him just enjoying his presence and being thankful for his friendship, and in the morning he kissed me and that was it.

Postscript: We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary, balancing busy schedules but I know I still get butterflies and I still feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
